Today’s resumes need to be results focused and written with an understanding of how technology works so you can avoid feeling like you are sending your resume into a “black hole.” Knowing how to format your resume and describe your accomplishments is key in telling your story and selling yourself to a potential company. It also is critical to know how Applicant Tracking Systems work so you can maximize the potential for your resume to actually be read by a human being. In this session you will:
