Are you ready for your next step?
Say YES… It is time to take action!
This four-week workshop offers a variety of career and personal assessments that will help you to take that next step.
In a small, supportive and fun group, we will explore Personality Type, Skills, Interests, Strengths and Values to help clarify ”who you are”, and “what makes you tick”. These areas of self-assessment are integral for anyone facing a life transition, and will help you to identify good match possibilities, whether that be: re-entering the paid working world, going back to school or volunteering in personally meaningful ways.
Participants will work both individually and as a group, supporting and networking with each other in a journey of self -discovery and goal setting, while learning tools from the field of Positive Psychology, (The Science of Happiness). Linda, who is a trained therapist, career counselor, and life coach has facilitated Moms In Transition, for eight years, and has helped hundreds of moms move forward towards positive change in their lives.
“Linda has a wonderful way of connecting with lots of different people and helping them to shift their perspective to focus on their strengths – incredibly helpful!” Jean K. Moms In Transition 2017
