Finding the “Me” in Meaningful Work, offers an opportunity to assess and affirm your personality through the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and to define your core values through the Work/Life Checklist assessment.
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is one of the most researched and extensively used personality assessments in the world. Knowledge of your Myers Briggs type helps you better understand and communicate with others, and can inform you focus and choices for enhanced personal and professional effectiveness in life and work.
The Work/Life Checklist assessment facilitates your Identification and understanding of core values that can help you better define what is most important you and focus your priorities and decisions around personal and professional goals.
This workshop’s assessments will provide you with information to guide your career exploration and help you to plan a career that better aligns what you do with who you are.
- Identify your personality type through the Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessment and identify how to work with your natural strengths.
- Discover the types of careers that are a “best fit” for your personality type.
- Explore and assess your personal and professional value sets, and how they influence your work/life satisfaction and fulfillment.
- Learn about the career planning process and begin the creation of an action plan to take the next steps in your career exploration journey.
The Time for a Change! Workshop makes an excellent companion to the Career that Fits, workshop. Allowing you to assess the four cornerstones of career assessment: Personality, Skills, Values, and Interests.
Upon registration, participants will be set up to take the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Work/Life Values Checklist assessment online, prior to the workshop.
